CellGroupingRules
• CellGroupingRules is an option for cells that determines the rules used for grouping a cell.
• With the default setting CellGroupingRules 
"NormalGrouping", cells are automatically grouped according to their cell style.
• Other possible settings are as follows.
"TitleGrouping"
"SectionGrouping"
"InputGrouping"
"OutputGrouping"
"GraphicsGrouping"
• CellGroupingRules can also be set to {type, n}, where n is an integer that gives the precedence of the grouping relative to other cells of the same type and type is selected from the list given above.
