CellHorizontalScrolling
• CellHorizontalScrolling is an option for cells that determines if the contents of a cell can be scrolled from left to right using the horizontal scroll bar of the notebook.
• With the setting CellHorizontalScrolling 
True, the contents of the cell move horizontally across the screen when the notebook is scrolled.
• With the setting CellHorizontalScrolling False, the contents of the cell remain fixed in place so that they are visible in the window at all times when the notebook is scrolled.
