AutoOpenPalettes
• AutoOpenPalettes is a global option that determines which palettes are automatically opened when Publicon is started.
• The value of AutoOpenPalettes automatically changes to reflect the palettes that are left open each time you quit Publicon.
• The default setting is AutoOpenPalettes 
{"BasicInput.nb"}.
• To change the setting for this option, click the square symbol at the right of the option to bring up a dialog box. Click the appropriate button to add, remove, or edit a directory location.
