FontSubstitutions
• FontSubstitutions is a global option that determines which font replacement rules are applied to any document containing fonts that are unavailable on the current machine.
• A typical setting is FontSubstitutions 
{"Arial" "Helvetica"}.
• FontSubstitutions is used only for FontFamily settings; not for FontWeight, FontSlant, and so on.
