PageRange
• PageRange is an option for notebooks that determines the range of pages of a notebook to be printed.
• PageRange is specified as a list, {a,b}, where a and b are the numbers of the first and last pages to be printed.
• For Macintosh, this option is typically set at the level of the operating system and cannot be specified from within Publicon.
