Spell Checking a Document
To spell check a notebook:
1. Choose Edit
Check Spelling.
2. Publicon begins spell checking the notebook at the position of the cursor. At any misspelling or unknown word, Publicon lists the word and recommends a replacement.
Using the pop-up menu, you may add the word to the notebook, to the session, or to your global preferences.
To spell check specific cells:
You can tell Publicon to ignore certain cells when spell checking a notebook. To do this, simply set the option LanguageCategory
None for all cells you wish to ignore using the Option Inspector. You can set this option for individual cells or for a cell style in the notebook's style sheet. For example, setting LanguageCategory
None for Section cells in the style sheet ensures that all Section cells in a notebook will be ignored during a spell check.
