Customizing the Bibliography
Specifying the Names of Authors and Editors
The <Author> template is subdivided into smaller templates that give the user additional control over the formatting of author names. Examples of these sub-templates are given below.
FirstAuthor:<Last>, <FirstInitial>. <MiddleInitial>.
OtherAuthors:, <Last>, <FirstInitial>. <MiddleInitial>.
LastAuthor:, & <Last>, <FirstInitial>. <MiddleInitial>.
The <Editor> template is also subdivided into smaller templates, in the same way as <Author>. Example of some sub-templates are given below.
FirstEditor:<FirstInitial>. <MiddleInitial>. <Last>
OtherEditors:, <FirstInitial>. <MiddleInitial>. <Last>
LastEditor:, & <FirstInitial>. <MiddleInitial>. <Last>
You can also specify whole first and middle names by replacing <FirstInitial> with <First> and <MiddleInitial> with <Middle>, respectively.
