Multiple Horizontal Pages
Word wrapping is set to "Wrap at Paper Width" by default. However, if you are dealing with a large graphic or table you might prefer to print along multiple horizontal pages.
To print on multiple horizontal pages:
1. Choose Edit
Preferences (Publicon
Preferences on Macintosh) to open the Option Inspector dialog box.
2. Choose Notebook from the first pop-up menu after "Show option values for".
3. Locate the preference PrintMultipleHorizontalPages. This is listed under Notebook Options

Printing Options.
4. Set the preference to True.
If you find you are often dealing with large graphics or tables, you may want to set the word wrapping at the style level (see Using Style Sheets: Changing Cell Options).
To set word wrapping for cells of a specific style:
1. Choose Edit
Preferences (Publicon
Preferences on Macintosh) to open the Option Inspector dialog box.
2. Choose Selection from the first pop-up menu after "Show option values for".
3. Locate the preference PageWidth. This is listed under Formatting Options
Text Layout Options.
4. Set the preference to Infinity, PaperWidth, WindowWidth, or enter a value in points.
