Using the Author Information Dialog
Multiple Authors and Institutions
To add another author, click the "Add" button in the lower right corner of the dialog. If you have more than one author already and wish to add another in a particular sequence, position your cursor in any field of the set of author data that the new set of author data should follow before clicking the "Add" button.
To change the order of multiple sets of author data, use the arrow buttons at the head of each set to move an author up or down.
To delete a set of author data, click the "Delete" button at the head of the set.
To add an institution field, position the cursor in an institution field and then click the + (plus) button. To delete a particular institution field, position the cursor inside the field and click the - (minus) button associated with that set of fields. To see a list of all the institutions currently entered in the Author Information Dialog, click the 
button. Clicking on one of the listings in the resulting dialog will add the institution to the set of author data where the cursor is positioned.
