Using Keyboard Shortcuts
Mathematical symbols and two-dimensional notation can be entered directly from the keyboard. This is an alternative to using the Typesetting palette.
The following keystrokes can be used for two-dimensional input.
Practice entering a formula by going through these steps:
1. x 6
2. 2
3. +1 /
4. 2 x
5. +a _ 1
Any part of a two-dimensional formula can be selected and edited.
