Graphics > Rendering > Rerender Graphics (Mathematica Menu Item)

Rerender Graphics rerenders the selected graphics.

[Right-click] > Reset Pan/Zoom (Mathematica Menu Item)

Reset Pan/Zoom resets the pan and zoom for the selected 3D graphic.

File > Revert… (Mathematica Menu Item)

Revert restores the current notebook to its last saved version.
