Preferences opens the Preferences dialog to view and edit preferences, options, and system settings.

File > Printing Settings > Printing ... (Mathematica Menu Item)

Printing Options sets options for printing a notebook. Mathematica saves these settings with the notebook.

Save As saves the current notebook in a file with a new name.

[Right-click] > Save Graphic As... (Mathematica Menu Item)

Save Graphic As saves the selected (or clicked upon) graphic in a file with the specified format.

[Right-click] > Save Image As... (Mathematica Menu Item)

Save Image As saves the selected (or clicked upon) graphic in a file with the specified format.

File > Save (Mathematica Menu Item)

Save saves the current notebook.
