ScrollingOptions (Built-in Mathematica Symbol)

ScrollingOptions -> {opt_1 -> val_1, opt_2 -> val_2, ...} is an option for notebooks that specifies settings for scrolling.

Cell > Grouping > Automatic Grouping (Mathematica Menu Item)

Automatic Grouping automatically creates hierarchical cell groups on the basis of cell style.
