Evaluatable toggles a cell between evaluatable and unevaluatable. Only evaluatable cells can be sent to the kernel.

Evaluate Cells sends the selected cells to the kernel for evaluation.

Evaluate Initialization Cells evaluates all initialization cells in the notebook.
