JacobiSymbol

JacobiSymbol[n, m] gives the Jacobi symbol .

Integer mathematical function (see Section A.3.10).
For prime , the Jacobi symbol reduces to the Legendre symbol. The Legendre symbol is equal to depending on whether is a quadratic residue modulo .
