This is a quick fix
for converting a Mathematica source file into a package. It is only
offered if the source is not a package.
If you place the cursor in the file and press Ctrl+1, then
the Quick Fixes popup will appear.
If you select the Convert to package option,
then the source file will be made into a Mathematica package.
