3.14.6 Simulator

The value of the option Simulator -> "string" determines the source or target simulator for Analog Insydes' simulator interfaces and circuit analysis functions. The following simulators are supported:

The default setting is Simulator -> "AnalogInsydes", which disables the usage of the external simulator interface.

Although the Simulator option of ReadNetlist, ReadSimulationData, etc. is inherited from the global Analog Insydes option Simulator, it is recommended to specify the Simulator option in each call of the above mentioned commands rather than altering the global value.
