DocumentationDynamicVisualizerA4: Visualizer Interface
A4.3 Colors
Dynamic Visualizer works best in 16-bit (thousands of colors) color modes. When running under 8-bit (256 color) mode, gray levels (including extreme black and white) tend to appear as a uniform, dull gray. Also, Dynamic Visualizer must compete with other applications (such as Mathematica) for the use of the 256 colors, so unexpected color changes may occur when Dynamic Visualizer's window is brought to the front or hidden by another application.
The background color may be set from the Edit menu or the toolbar.
