CompleteKPartiteGraph

As of Version 10, most of the functionality of the Combinatorica package is built into the Wolfram System. »

CompleteKPartiteGraph[a,b,c,]

creates a complete -partite graph of the prescribed shape, provided the arguments a,b,c, are positive integers. An option Type that takes on the values Directed or Undirected is allowed. The default setting for this option is Type->Undirected.
