gives the base URI used for storing cloud expressions.

Define a cloud expression using the default value of $CloudExpressionBase:

The URI of the cloud expression is based within $CloudExpressionBase:

Specify a new base:

Define another cloud expression using the new base:

The new cloud expression is relative to the "Project1" directory:
