$RequesterWolframUUID

$RequesterWolframUUID

gives the Wolfram UUID of an authenticated user requesting the current evaluation.

Details

  • If the current evaluation was not initiated by an authenticated user, $RequesterWolframUUID is None. This can occur, for example, if a desktop user has not authenticated against the cloud, or a cloud service not requiring authentication is being used.
  • A Wolfram UUID is a unique permanent identifier associated with a user.

Opening the cloud object in a browser will either show None, if you are not signed into the Wolfram Cloud, or show your $WolframUUID, if you are signed into the Wolfram Cloud:
