ConnectedMoleculeQ

ConnectedMoleculeQ[mol]

returns True if the atoms in mol form are connected by bonds, and False otherwise.

Details

  • A molecule is connected if there is a path between every pair of atoms.
  • ConnectedMoleculeQ will return False for salts and van der Waals molecules.
