RemoveSinks

RemoveSinks
is an option of PageRanks, PageRankVector, LinkRanks and LinkRankMatrix that specifies whether sinks are removed by linking with all vertices.

To use RemoveSinks, you first need to load the Graph Utilities Package using Needs["GraphUtilities`"].

Possible values for this option are True (the default) or False.
