NthPair

As of Version 10, most of the functionality of the Combinatorica package is built into the Wolfram System. »

NthPair[n]

returns the n^(th) unordered pair of distinct positive integers, when sequenced to minimize the size of the larger integer. Pairs that have the same larger integer are sequenced in increasing order of their smaller integer.
