AutoOpenNotebooks

This function has not been fully integrated into the long-term Wolfram Language, and is subject to change.

AutoOpenNotebooks

is a global option that specifies which notebooks should be automatically opened when the Wolfram System is started.

Details

  • AutoOpenNotebooks is set to a list of notebook names. For a notebook in the list to be opened on startup, it must be located in one of the directories specified by the global option PrivatePaths->"TextResources".
  • The default setting, AutoOpenNotebooks->{"MathematicaNavigator.nb"}, specifies the startup palette that appears on the screen when you start the Wolfram System for the first time.
