MLReleaseReal128Array （C 関数）

MLReleaseReal128ArrayはWSReleaseReal128Arrayに置き換えられた．

void MLReleaseReal128Array(MLINK link, mlextended_double **a,int **dims,char ***heads,int *d)

配列a，その次元dims，そして頭部heads を保持するために，MLGetReal128Array()で割り当てられたメモリを解放する．
