is a front end token that groups selected cells.

Details

"CellGroup" is equivalent to Cell ▶ Grouping ▶ Group Cells/Group Together.
"CellGroup" will work only if manual grouping (Cell ▶ Grouping ▶ Manual Grouping) is used.
A typical use is FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken["CellGroup"]].
