"SubsessionEvaluateCells"

is a front end token that evaluates the selected cells in a kernel subsession.

Details

  • "SubsessionEvaluateCells" is equivalent to Evaluation ▶ Evaluate in Subsession.
  • "SubsessionEvaluateCells" interrupts the current evaluation, evaluates the selected cells in a kernel subsession, and resumes the main evaluation.
  • A typical use is FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken["SubsessionEvaluateCells"]].
