This message is generated when a particular feature of your query cannot be used when directly searching a directory via TextSearch[dir, …].
In these cases, CreateSearchIndex[dir] can be used to index the directory, and then TextSearch[index, …] can be used to accomplish your search.
The following query features are not supported when searching directories directly:
SearchAdjustment

FixedOrder
Off[message] switches off the message; On[message] switches it on. For example: Off[TextSearch::pucsi].
