Details

- With the default setting CellHorizontalScrolling->False, the contents of the cell remain fixed in place when the notebook is scrolled, so that they are visible in the window at all times.
- With the setting CellHorizontalScrolling->True, the contents of the cell move horizontally across the screen when the notebook is scrolled.
