Making Adjustments
Use the buttons in the Adjustments sub-tab to fine tune your table (these buttons are also found under Window
Miscellaneous Formatting
Table Formatting).
• Col Align--Sets alignment of selected column(s) to either Left, Right, Center, or Default.
• Add Row--Adds a new row under the current cursor position.
• Add Column--Adds a new column to the right of the current cursor position.
• Add Line--Adds a horizontal rule under the current cursor position.
• Column Head / Table Text--These buttons set the style of table cells to ColumnHead or TableText, respectively.
• Span / Unspan--Span merges selected table cells into one new cell, while Unspan restores a spanned selection to its original columns.
T I P
When printing large tables that are longer than a single page, add a row of blank elements where the page break occurs. To find the page break, choose View
Show Page Breaks. The page break will be displayed as a dotted line.
