Using the Author Information Dialog
Introduction
The Author Information Dialog is a tool for creating, editing, and managing author and institution information for your documents. A number of the Publicon document palettes use this dialog.
To create and edit author information:
1. Choose File
New
Article1 to create a new document template.
2. Click "AuthorName" in the new document. This opens the Author Information dialog box.
3. You must fill in a last name, but all other fields are optional.
When you have finished entering information, your document will look like this:
The
icon is used if you have entered an email address in your author information. Clicking this icon will open your computer's default email program and create a new message addressed to the email address entered.
To edit previously entered author information, click any element of author data in the document. This will open the Author Information dialog box with the corresponding element highlighted.
