Welcome screen
When you first start Publicon, a Welcome screen appears. Click Tour of Features to get an overview of Publicon's features.
If you do not want the Welcome screen to appear the next time Publicon is launched, click Close Permanently.
To open the Welcome screen at any time, choose Help 
Welcome Screen.
