• PointOnCylinder1[cnum, point, axis, rad] constrains point to lie on the surface of a cylinder of radius rad. The axis of the cylinder is specified by axis.
• PointOnCylinder1 constrains one degree of freedom.

• axis may be a Modeler3D Line, Plane, or Axis object.
• PointOnCylinder1 is singular if rad becomes equal to zero; use PointOnLine2.
