Quartic

• Quartic is a setting for the FitDegree option for SolveFree and SolvePath. Quartic specifies a quartic approximation of each section of the integrand.

• Quartic is generally more accurate than Cubic, but slower.
• Quartic uses quartic interpolation for the predictor step, and quintic interpolation for the corrector step.
