• FitDegree is an option for SolveFree and SolvePath that specifies the degree of polynomial that is used to approximate each section of the integrand at each time step.

• Valid settings for FitDegree are Linear, Quadratic, Cubic, and Quartic.
• The default setting is FitDegree->Cubic.
