PerfectPowerQ

PerfectPowerQ[e,n]

gives True if e is a perfect n^(th) power in its field, and False otherwise.

Details and Options

  • To use PerfectPowerQ, you first need to load the Finite Fields Package using Needs["FiniteFields`"].
  • PerfectPowerQ returns unevaluated if e is not a field element.
