- AtomDiagramCoordinates->Automaticは,必要なときに座標を計算するように指定する.
- AtomDiagramCoordinates->pts は pts を使って原子を置く.
- MoleculeValue[mol,"AtomDiagramCoordinates"]を使って分子 mol の2D座標を取り出す.
