is an option for MoleculeMatchQ that determines whether stereochemistry should be ignored for pattern matching.

Details

With the default setting IgnoreStereochemistryFalse, molecules will only match each other if they have the same stereochemistry.

With IgnoreStereochemistryTrue, enantiomers will match:
