"Fraction"

is a front end token that creates a FractionBox and fills the numerator with a selection.

Details

"Fraction" is equivalent to Insert ▶ Typesetting ▶ Fraction.
"Fraction" fills the numerator with the subexpression to the left of the selection if it is an insertion point.
A typical use is FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken["Fraction"]].
