This message is generated when the value of the ViewCenter option and the value of the ViewPoint option describe the same location.
The ViewCenter and ViewPoint options use different scaled coordinate systems.
This message is normally seen only when selecting unusual projections. If you see this message in a situation in which it is not expected, please contact Technical Support.
Off[message] switches off the message; On[message] switches it on. For example: Off[ViewCenter::viewc].
