By default, newly created named cloud objects use $UserURLBase to format the username in their URLs:

A named object uses the user UUID in the URL:

Possible Issues  (1)

$CloudObjectNameFormat of "UUID" will not be applied if the destination is a CloudObject with relative path that does not exist yet:

Make it work by writing to the cloud object at a given URI:
