$IgnoreEOF

specifies whether the Wolfram System should terminate when it receives an endoffile character as input.

Details

  • $IgnoreEOF defaults to False.
  • $IgnoreEOF is assumed to be False if the input to the Wolfram System comes from a file, rather than an interactive device.
