IncludeAromaticBonds

IncludeAromaticBonds

is an option for Molecule that specifies whether aromatic bonds should be detected and labeled.

Details

  • When IncludeAromaticBonds is True, molecular rings that satisfy Hückel's rule will have their bonds marked as "Aromatic".
  • When the option is set to False, aromaticity perception is disabled and any bonds marked "Aromatic" are converted to their delocalized form.
