PartBehavior

is an option to Query and related functions that specifies how nonexistent parts should be resolved.

Details

  • The following settings can be given:
  • Noneuse ordinary behavior of Part
    Automaticinvoke special rules for invalid i;;j, missing i, etc.

The default option value PartBehavior->Automatic invokes special behavior for operators that would otherwise fail:
