is an option for gauge functions that specifies how many tick marks should be drawn on the scale.
Details
- The numbers specified for ScaleDivisions refer to the actual sections of the scale, not the ticks.
- The numbers of divisions must be nonzero integers.
- The following settings can be given for ScaleDivisions:

None no scale divisions drawn Automatic scale divisions drawn automaticaly n number of total divisions {nmajor,nminor} list of the number of major divisions and minor divisions per major division
