is an option for ImageIdentify and related functions that defines what specificity of object to seek to identify.

- Possible settings for SpecificityGoal include:

"Low" favor general categories of objects "High" favor specific kinds of objects s specificity between 0 (lowest) and 1 (highest) - There is typically a tradeoff between accuracy and specificity; higher specificity will normally lead to lower accuracy.
