AstroCenter
is an option for AstroGraphics that specifies the point of the celestial sphere that should appear at the center of the map of the sky.
Details
- AstroCenter allows flexible specification of the area of the sky to show in an AstroGraphics map. The complementary information is the angular radius to show and can be given as AstroRangeradius.
- AstroCenter can be specified as an AstroPosition location, an astro Entity object such as a star or galaxy, or as a directional string such as "East", "Zenith" or "TrueEquinox".
- An explicit full AstroRange specification takes precedence over AstroCenter.
- Options[amap,AstroCenter] returns the AstroCenter value used in the AstroGraphics map amap.
