AstroRangePadding
is an option of AstroGraphics that specifies the padding to use when extending beyond the original ranges of coordinates.
Details
- The settings can be of the following forms:
-
p the same padding in all directions {plon, plat} different padding for different directions {{p11,p12},{p21,p22}} different paddings for the four sides of the astro range - For each direction, the following forms can be used:
-
Automatic an automatic amount of padding None no padding quantity a Quantity angle Scaled[s] a fraction of the angular ranges - AstroRangePadding->Full pads to cover the whole region shown by the map's astro range. AstroRangePadding->{padspec,Full} pads the astro range as specified by padspec and then adds extra padding to cover the whole region shown by the map's plot range.
- AstroRangePadding extends AstroRange before projection.
