The Wolfram Language not only fits into standard accessibility frameworks, but also provides its own highly flexible interface accessibility options.
Magnification — change overall notebook magnification
Dark Mode
LightDark — display notebook contents in light or dark mode
LightDarkSwitched — display colors differently in light and dark mode
LightDarkAutoColorRules — automatically map light mode colors to dark mode equivalents
ScriptSizeMultipliers — control size reduction for subscripts, etc.
ScriptMinSize — specify minimum sizes for subscripts, etc.
ImageSize — control image sizes for graphics, etc.
ImageSizeAction — specify how images should automatically be resized

Translation to Speech
Speak — speak any Wolfram Language expression, including math, graphics, etc.
SpokenString — give the text for a spoken representation of an expression
Speak Selection — menu item to speak the current selection
